Book a Smart Meter install

Installation usually takes no more than an hour, with the power or gas being turned off for only approximately 30 minutes. Standard installations are between 8am-6pm, out of hours installations can be made with prior arrangement, but an additional charge may apply.  Installations are free of charge for all our customers.

How to book your installation:

1. Using the form below, please give us three dates you are available to have your Smart Meter installed.  Please select dates at least 3 weeks from today and onwards (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
2. Within 48hours we will confirm which date we have successfully booked your installation appointment for.
