Hands on experience

At Valda Energy, we are committed to supporting our colleagues to find their passion and soar to their full potential.

Earning from the start

This is not your 'typical' apprenticeship. You will receive a starting salary of £21,500 while you learn and will be offered a permanent contract straight away.

Nationally recognised qualification

The Valda Energy Apprenticeship programme offers invaluable industry experience, alongside formal training, to give you the best start to your career. By the end, you will also have a nationally recognised qualification.

Having joined Valda in 2021, and being new to the energy industry, I knew there was going to be a lot for me to learn. However, with the training and support I have received, I've learnt so many new skills and have valuable industry knowledge.

“Valda has provided me with the tools and opportunities for my career and future. I can now share my knowledge and experience with teams through my role as the Floor Support Lead that I have recently been promoted to. I have also been given the opportunity to join Valda’s apprenticeship in Leadership and Management.

“I'm proud of the career I've built at Valda, and I am excited to continue my growth and development journey here”.
