Earning from the start

This is not your 'typical' apprenticeship. You will receive a starting salary of £21,500 while you learn and will be offered a permanent contract straight away.

The Valda Energy Apprenticeship programme offers invaluable industry experience, alongside formal training, to give you the best start to your career. By the end, you will also have a nationally recognised qualification.

Think about questions you would like to ask in the interview.

During your interview

Try to relax.
Bring your best self, we will want to know more about you and why you applied.
If you don’t understand a question, just ask us to ask it in another way.
If it helps, bring notes with you and please feel free to take notes throughout too.

After the apprenticeship

Once you graduate from your apprenticeship, your development doesn't stop there.

You will continue to be supported with a Personal Development Plan (PDP) and have further training opportunities available to build your career path here at Valda.
