Payment method options:
  • Bank Card - If we already have a bank card linked to your account, your proposed payments will start automatically for the amount and the day of the week you requested.  If a bank card is not already linked to your account, we will email you a secure link for you to enter the card details for the first payment and we will set up the arrangement with your card provider.
  • Telephone IVR - You will then need to pay the agreed amount and on the agreed day by using a bank card and calling our automated telephone IVR.
  • Direct Debit - If you have already given us your Direct Debit instruction, we will set up the payment arrangement with your bank. We only need to speak to you by telephone to record new bank details.

We will confirm by email that we have received your request and agreed your proposal. Please note this payment arrangement is only for this balance, new invoices must be paid in full by the due date.

FAQS

  • Do we store your card details? No - payment data security is a critical part of individual security. If you ask us to link your debit or credit card to your energy account, we do not receive your card details. Instead your card provider sends us an anonymised set of characters, called a ‘token’ to use for the arrangement you have asked us to setup.

  • What is my payment reference? Your payment reference will be your account number, which can be found at the top right on the first page of your bill.

  • What happens if I don't pay? Please read here
