How do I view my meter points on the Customer Portal?

You can access your list of meter points in two ways through the Customer Portal:

Select ‘Meters & readings’ from the menu, or
Go to the ‘Usage’ tab and select ‘View meters’

Viewing your meter points

All your meter points will be displayed in one place. You can filter the list to show:

Electricity meters
Gas meters

Select the meter you want to view to see more detailed information.

What information can I see?

When you open a meter point, you will be able to view:

Supply address
Meter type
Standing charge
Unit rate or rates
Contract start date
Contract length
Estimated annual usage
Most recent meter reading and the date it was taken

Submitting a meter reading

From this page, you can also submit a meter reading for the selected meter point.
