For Valda SmartChoice customers (contract starting on or after 1 August 2020), you can view your invoice history and download them from the Customer Portal. You can download the portal as an app on the Apple Appstore and Google Play, or access it on your computer or laptop using the URL app.valdaenergy.com.
Simply select the “Payments and Invoices” option in the menu bar and tap “download” next to the invoice you want.
For those customers whose contracts started before 1 August 2020, you can access your invoices via the Customer Portal on our website.
