  • Just your first month payment is required before energy is live, which is allocated to your account once supply starts.

 

Once your smart meter is installed:

  • Choose how much, how often and by what method you wish to pay.
  • Use the Valda Energy webapp or online customer portal to top-up your energy balance, 24/7.
  • Notifications are sent when your account dips, so you never lose power supply.
