I can't download the Customer Portal. How can I access my account?

 

If you’re unable to download the Valda Energy Customer Portal mobile app, you can still access your account through the web version.

Simply enter the Customer Portal URL into your web browser to log in. This works on laptops, desktops, as well as mobile phones and tablets, making it a flexible option if you prefer not to use the app.
