I can't download the Customer Portal, how can I access my account?


If you are unable to download the Valda Energy Customer Portal, you can access the portal via desktop. 

The Customer Portal  can be accessed by entering our URL into a web browser.  This option is best for customers who like to access and manage their customer portal account via their laptop or desktop.  However, you can still access the Customer Portal though your mobile phone or tablet if you wish.
