If you have not done so already, you can set up a Direct Debit, which ensures your bill is always paid on time, without you having to lift a finger.
For Valda SmartChoice customers (contract starting on or after 1 August 2020), you can make hassle-free bank card payments via the Customer Portal. You can download the portal as an app from an Appstore on Apple and Google Play, or access by your computer or laptop using the URL app.valdaenergy.com.
Simply log in to your account and select “Direct Debit”. On this page, select “Set up Direct Debit payments” and follow the instructions.
