Can I keep prepaying for my energy with Valda?

Customers on our SmartChoice tariff will have the latest smart meter installed if their existing meter isn’t smart enabled. Although it is not a traditional “prepayment” gas or electricity meter, requiring the use of a token to “top-up” your energy, our SmartChoice energy tariff does allow you to purchase energy credit in advance.

Customers can add credit to their energy balance by using our Valda Energy Customer Portal, paying by credit card, bank card, Direct Debit, standing order or BACS.
