How will I know if my Valda SmartChoice balance is running low?

Your Valda SmartChoice balance is easily accessible via the Customer Portal. You can download the portal as an app from an Appstore on Apple and Google Play, or access it on your computer or laptop using the URL app.valdaenergy.com.

Simply log in to your account and you will be able to view your credit balance, as well as an estimate of how many days the current balance will cover. If you have asked us to manage your payments, we’ll aim to keep at least two weeks of credit on your account. However if that payment is unsuccessful, we’ll email and text you to let you know.
