How will I know if my Valda SmartChoice balance is running low?

Your Valda SmartChoice balance is easily accessible via the Customer Portal. You can download the portal as an app from an Appstore on Apple and Google Play, or access it on your computer or laptop using the URL

Simply log in to your account and you will be able to view your credit balance, as well as an estimate of how many days the current balance will cover. After 14 days, we will send you email alerts to remind you to top-up your balance.
