Make a one-off payment by card

You can call our automated line to make a payment. Our line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your payment reference will be your account number, which can be found on the top right of the first page of your bill.

Set up Direct Debit

You can set up a Direct Debit, which ensures your bill is always paid on time, without you having to lift a finger.

You can do this via the Customer Portal or contact our Customer Service Team to arrange a Direct Debit. Our friendly team is available 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday and will be happy to help.
