How do I add credit on my energy account?

For our Valda SmartChoice customers (contract starting on or after 1st August 2020), you can make hassle-free bank card payments via our app. If you do not have our app downloaded, you can still access the web version of our app on our website.

Simply log in to your account and click “Make a payment” in the top right. If you would like to set up a Direct Debit or Standing Order, please contact our team on 0330 390 4510, 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday and we will be happy to help.

For those customers whose contracts started before 1st August 2020, you should have a Direct Debit set up with us. For alternative options or if there are any problems, please contact us.
