If you don't yet have a smart meter and you haven't given us a meter read in the last few weeks, then your next energy bill may not be accurate.
We use meter reads to calculate your bill and if we don't have reads, we use estimates based on your previous usage instead. So, to ensure you only pay for what you've used, please send us your meter reads, regularly via the Customer Portal.
You can download the portal as an app from the Apple Appstore and Google Play, or access it by computer or laptop using the URL app.valdaenergy.com.
We recommend two to five days before your next invoice due date, so it’s included on your next invoice.
To make things simpler, install a smart meter. Get more accurate data on your energy usage and only pay for what you use.
