Customers on our SmartChoice tariff will have the latest smart meter installed if their existing meter isn’t smart enabled. Although not a traditional “prepayment” meter, requiring the use of token to “top-up” your energy, our SmartChoice tariff does allow you to purchase energy credit in advance.
Customers can add credit to their energy balance by using our Valda Energy app, or a digital customer portal, paying by credit card, bank card, Direct Debit, standing order or BACS.
