How can I get a prepayment meter for my business?

Customers on our SmartChoice tariff will have the latest smart meter installed if their existing meter isn’t smart enabled. Although it is not a traditional “prepayment” meter, requiring the use of a token to “top-up” your energy, our SmartChoice tariff does allow you to purchase energy credit in advance.

Customers can add credit to their energy balance by using our Valda Energy Customer Portal, paying by credit card, bank card, Direct Debit, standing order or BACS.
