Are you sure you want to delete your account?

If you are still a Valda customer, we strongly advise against deleting your Customer Portal account.

Deleting your account would mean the following:

You can no longer view, access or download your invoices as we do not offer paper billing. Accessing your invoices forms a part of our contract T&Cs.
You can no longer submit meter reads yourself.
You can no longer view your usage data.
You can no longer view your payment history.
You can no longer manage your payment details, Direct Debits or top-up energy credit yourself.
