If you are still a Valda customer, we strongly advise against deleting your Customer Portal account.

Deleting your account would mean the following:

  • You can no longer view, access or download your invoices as we do not offer paper billing. Accessing your invoices forms a part of our contract T&Cs.
  • You can no longer submit meter reads yourself.
  • You can no longer view your usage data.
  • You can no longer view your payment history.
  • You can no longer manage your payment details, Direct Debits or top-up energy credit yourself.
