How to book an engineer visit:

1. Using the form below, please give us three dates you are available to have an engineer visit. Please only give dates from Wednesday 1 March 2023 and onwards (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
2. We will confirm which of your three preferred dates we have successfully booked your installation appointment for within 48hrs.

An appointment usually takes no more than an hour, with the power or gas being turned off for only approximately 30 minutes.

Please note that if you cancel your installation less than 5 working days before your appointment you may incur a charge of £150. This charge covers the cost of the engineer's visit and administrative fees.

Smart Metering Installation – Code of Practice
