Will I still have to pay for energy if I have moved out my premises?

You will still be liable for any changes incurred at your property until you have left the property, and your change of tenancy has been processed. It is important to let us know about your move so we know who is responsible for the premises as you could still be liable for charges incurred by the new tenant if the process is not done properly.

To ensure the process is complete in a timely manner, we recommend that you let us know about your moves as soon as possible. You just need to fill in our Moving Out form to start the process.
