What is the current balance on my Valda Energy account?

Valda SmartChoice tariff customers can view their current balance by logging into their customer portal or Valda Energy app. Your home screen will present you with your current balance, plus an estimate of how many days of supply this equates to. You will also be emailed monthly invoices.

Customers on all other tariffs will be emailed monthly invoices.
