How to merge multiple accounts on the Valda Customer Portal

If you have more than one account with Valda Energy, you can access them all using a single login through the Customer Portal.

 

Linking another account

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal
  2. Select the menu (three lines) in the top right corner and choose ‘My account’
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Link another account’
  4. Enter the account ID you would like to link and select ‘Link account’

 

Important: The email address on the account you are linking must match the email address you use to log in otherwise the link will be unsuccessful.
