Do I need a smart meter?

The short answer is yes… all businesses in the UK are encouraged to have a smart meter by the government. Having a smart meter is also a requirement of your contract with us.

Unlike a traditional meter, a smart meter automatically sends meter reads to us. This means you won't need to submit reads anymore, plus your bills will be more accurate.
