How to request your removal 

1. Using the form below, share information on the meter(s) you require removing and why, and give three dates when you may be available to have your off-peak meter removed. Please only give dates of at least three weeks from today and onwards (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
2. We will confirm the outcome of your request, and if successful, which of your three preferred dates we have booked for your installation appointment within 48 hours.

Installation usually takes no more than an hour, with the power or gas being turned off for only approximately 30 minutes. Standard installations are between 08:00-18:00. Out of hours installations can be made with prior arrangement, but an additional charge may apply. Installations are free of charge for all our customers.

Please note that if you cancel your installation 24 hours before your appointment you will incur a charge of £150. This charge covers the cost of the engineer's visit and administrative fees.
