What are out of contract or deemed rates?

Out of contract rates occur if you have not renewed your contract with us or moved supplier at the end of your contract. This means that the terms and conditions of your previous contract will remain in place until you enter a new contract.

Deemed rates occur if you have moved into a business premises that we supply, but you have not agreed a fixed term contract with us.

In both cases, these may be our most expensive rates. To get a better and cheaper deal, you may want to arrange a fixed price energy contract for 1, 2 or 3 years.
